সারদার জল এ বার গড়াল বাংলাদেশেও।
সে দেশের গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার দাবি, বাংলাদেশে অস্থিরতা তৈরি করতে কাজে লাগানো হয়েছে সারদার কোটি কোটি টাকা। আর তার সঙ্গে জড়িত তৃণমূল সাংসদ আহমেদ হাসান ইমরান। এ ব্যাপারে ভারতের কাছে সরকারি ভাবে অভিযোগও জানিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ।
এই ঘটনার তদন্ত চেয়ে সরব হয়েছেন বাংলাদেশের জামাত-উপদ্রুত দুই এলাকা রাজশাহি ও সাতক্ষীরার দুই সাংসদ। যদিও ইমরান নিজে তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে ওঠা যাবতীয় অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করে বলেছেন, জামাতের সঙ্গে তাঁর কোনও সম্পর্ক নেই।
কী বলা হয়েছে বাংলাদেশের গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টে?
সে দেশের তদন্তকারীদের দাবি, ২০১২-’১৩ সালে ইমরানের মাধ্যমে ভারত থেকে দফায় দফায় বিপুল পরিমাণ অর্থ পৌঁছেছে জামাতে ইসলামি ও তাদের নানা শাখা সংগঠনের হাতে। শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত্বাধীন আওয়ামি লিগ সরকার জামাতের প্রথম সারির নেতাদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধাপরাধের মামলা শুরু করার পরে বাংলাদেশে দাঙ্গা, নাশকতা ও সন্ত্রাস শুরু করেছিল মৌলবাদীরা। সরকার জামাতকে নিষিদ্ধ করার হুঁশিয়ারি দিলে ‘হেফাজতে ইসলাম’ নামে বকলমে আরও একটি মৌলবাদী সংগঠন গজিয়ে ওঠে। তারা ঢাকা অবরোধ করে সরকার ফেলার ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিল। গোয়েন্দা সূত্র অনুসারে, সেই কাজে ইন্ধন জোগাতেই এই বিপুল পরিমাণ অর্থ বাংলাদেশে পাঠানো হয়েছিল। যার একটা বড় অংশ সারদা অর্থলগ্নি সংস্থার।
ভারতের গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টও এই বক্তব্যকে অনেকটাই সমর্থন করছে। বাংলাদেশের গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টে অবশ্য এই দাবিও করা হয়েছে যে, ইমরানের মাধ্যমে অর্থের পাশাপাশি আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র ও বিস্ফোরকের বেশ কয়েকটি চালানও ভারত থেকে পৌঁছে গিয়েছিল জামাতের হাতে।
কী ভাবে?
ভারতের গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, সারদার বেশ কিছু অ্যাম্বুল্যান্সে কাঁচা টাকার বান্ডিল ভরে তা নিয়ে যাওয়া হতো বনগাঁ, বসিরহাট, নদিয়া, মালদহ, বালুরঘাট ও কোচবিহারের সীমান্ত সংলগ্ন অঞ্চলে। তার পরে তা বাংলাদেশি টাকা, ডলার বা ইউরোয় পরিবর্তন করে জামাতের এজেন্টদের হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হয়। তৃণমূলের সাসপেন্ড হওয়া সাংসদ কুণাল ঘোষও ইডি-কে লেখা চিঠিতে সারদার অ্যাম্বুল্যান্সে করে বাংলাদেশে জামাতে ইসলামির কাছে টাকার বান্ডিল চালান যাওয়ার কথা জানিয়েছিলেন। এ ছাড়া, হাওয়ালা ও হুন্ডির মাধ্যমেও গিয়েছে সারদার টাকা। বাংলাদেশের গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, জামাত পরিচালিত বেশ কিছু হাসপাতাল, ব্যাঙ্ক ও আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে বেনামে লগ্নিও করেছে সারদা। সেই অর্থও কার্যত জামাতের ‘জ্বালাও-পোড়াও আন্দোলন’-এই খরচ হয়েছে।
রাজশাহির সাংসদ ফজলে হোসেন বাদশা আনন্দবাজারকে জানিয়েছেন, যুদ্ধাপরাধের দায়ে নিজেদের নেতাদের বিচার বানচাল করতে বাংলাদেশ জুড়ে ভয়ঙ্কর সন্ত্রাস শুরু করেছিল জামাতে ইসলামি। রেললাইন উপড়ে, বাস-ট্রেন জ্বালিয়ে অজস্র মানুষকে হত্যা করা হয়। প্রশাসনের পাশাপাশি সাধারণ মানুষ রাস্তায় নেমে তাঁদের প্রতিরোধ করেন। বাদশা বলেন, “বিশেষ করে রাজশাহি ও সাতক্ষীরার মতো সীমান্ত সংলগ্ন অঞ্চলে এই সন্ত্রাস মাত্রাছাড়া হওয়ায় ভারত থেকে থেকে অস্ত্র-বিস্ফোরক ও অর্থ আসার বিষয়ে আমরা সন্দিহান হই। পরে পুলিশ ও আধাসেনারা এই সব জায়গায় অভিযান চালিয়ে বহু মৌলবাদীকে গ্রেফতার করে। তাদের কাছ থেকেই এ বিষয়ে সুনির্দিষ্ট তথ্য পেয়েছেন গোয়েন্দারা।”
সাতক্ষীরার সাংসদ মুস্তাফা লুৎফুল্লা বলেন, “জামাতের দুষ্কৃতীরা পুলিশের হাত থেকে বাঁচতে সীমান্ত পেরিয়ে ভারতে ঢুকে পড়ে। সেখানে শাসক দলের নেতারা তাদের আশ্রয়ের বন্দোবস্ত করছে বলে আমাদের কাছে সুনির্দিষ্ট খবর আছে। সন্ত্রাসের সময়েও সীমান্ত-পার থেকে নিয়মিত অর্থের জোগান পেয়েছে মৌলবাদীরা।”
কেন্দ্রীয় গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বিধানসভা ভোটের আগে থেকেই বাংলাদেশের জামাতে ইসলামির সঙ্গে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের কিছু উর্দুভাষী নেতার দহরম মহরম শুরু হয়। ২০১১-র ভোটে সীমান্ত এলাকায় জামাত কর্মীরা তৃণমূলের হয়ে কাজ করে। সে সময়ে তৃণমূলকে অর্থেরও জোগান দিয়েছিল জামাতে ইসলামি। গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টে বলা হয়েছে, সেই সুসম্পর্ক থেকেই পরবর্তী কালে জামাতকে তৃণমূল শুধু পাল্টা সাহায্যই করেনি, তিস্তা চুক্তি ও স্থল সীমান্ত চুক্তি আটকে দিয়ে বাংলাদেশ সরকারকেও বিপদে ফেলার চেষ্টা করে। বাংলাদেশ সংক্রান্ত নীতির বিষয়ে মমতা বরাবর জামাতের সঙ্গে নিত্য যোগাযোগ রাখা উর্দুভাষী নেতাদের মতামতই মেনে চলেছেন বলে গোয়েন্দা রিপোর্টের দাবি।
বাংলাদেশের এক কূটনীতিকের মতে, শেখ হাসিনার আমলে ঢাকার সঙ্গে দিল্লির সম্পর্ক যতটা মধুর হয়েছে, ততটাই তেতো হয়েছে কলকাতার সঙ্গে। এর জন্য তিনি দায়ী করেছেন তিস্তা ও স্থলসীমান্ত চুক্তি নিয়ে মমতার কট্টর বিরোধিতাকে। ওই পদস্থ কূটনীতিকের দাবি, তৃণমূলের জামাত-ঘনিষ্ঠ নেতারাই মমতাকে এ কাজে প্রভাবিত করতে সফল হয়েছেন। ওই নেতারাই বাংলাদেশ থেকে পালিয়ে আসা জামাতের দুষ্কৃতীদের কলকাতা ও পশ্চিমবঙ্গের নানা জায়গায় মাসের পর মাস আশ্রয় দিয়ে রেখেছেন। বাংলাদেশ সরকার এই বিষয়টিও ভারতের স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রককে চিঠি দিয়ে জানিয়েছে। ওই কূটনীতিকের অভিযোগ, তার পরেও সেই সব আশ্রয়শিবির কিন্তু বহাল রয়েছে। গত পঞ্চায়েত ও লোকসভা নির্বাচনে এই সব অনুপ্রবেশকারী জামাত কর্মীরা তৃণমূলের হয়ে কাজ করেছে বলে তাঁরা জানতে পেরেছেন।
এই সব কর্মকাণ্ডের প্রেক্ষিতেই প্রাক্তন সিমি নেতা, বর্তমান তৃণমূল সাংসদ ইমরানকে নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলেছে বিজেপি। দলের কেন্দ্রীয় নেতা সিদ্ধার্থনাথ সিংহ এ দিন বলেন, “সিমি-কে নিষিদ্ধ করার সময়ে মমতা কেন্দ্রে মন্ত্রী ছিলেন। তিনি সবই জানতেন। তার পরেও কেন তিনি ইমরানকে রাজ্যসভায় পাঠালেন?” তাঁর দাবি, জামাতের সঙ্গে বোঝাপড়া করেই তৃণমূল নেত্রী এই প্রার্থী বাছাই করেছেন। মমতার এই কাজকে ‘দেশদ্রোহ’ বলে মন্তব্য করে ওই বিজেপি নেতার অভিযোগ, এক জন মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর এমন কাজের জন্য রাজ্যে জঙ্গি ও দুষ্কৃতীরা সীমান্ত পেরিয়ে ঢুকছে। নাগরিকদের নিরাপত্তা বিপন্ন হচ্ছে।

Interestingly, Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, inaugurated the Daily Edition of Kalom (the Jihadi Bengali daily News paper) to revamp a Pan Islamic propaganda in the month of April 2012 in a Kolkata auditorium. (Most probably 6th April 2012 in Kolkata Town Hall).

TMC MP frontman for Bangladesh Jamat-e-Islami
The CPI (M) Central Committee member and former Housing Minister of the State, Gautam Deb has alleged that Rajya Sabha MP of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), Ahmed Hassan Imran, is a “frontman” for Jamat-e-Islami, Bangladesh (JIB).
At a press conference in the CPI (M)’s district office in North 24 Paraganas, Mr Deb said that Mr. Imran maintained “close association” with many top-ranking JIB leaders.
In fact, while talking to The Hindu, a similar allegation was made against many TMC leaders by BJP candidate in Basirhat, Sameek Bhattacharya, on Saturday.
Rejecting the allegation, Mr. Imran said that he might consider “legal action” against Mr. Deb if his allegation was not established.
Mr. Deb quoted from a secret report to highlight several allegations floating in various newspapers and websites.
Underscoring that the TMC MP was the past president of banned student’s outfit, Student Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), Mr. Deb said Mr. Imran “developed close association” with important JIB leaders of Bangladesh.
“These leaders are Motiur Rehman Nizami (present chief of JIB, charged with war crimes by the War Crimes Tribunal), Delwar Hossain Sayeedi (deputy head of JIB, sentenced to death by the tribunal), Mir Kasem Ali (JIB associate) and others,” said Mr Deb.
He also alleged that Mr. Imran had “appropriated” funds of Islamic Bank in Jeddah while working as the Indian counsellor of the bank.
“Moreover, he (Mr. Imran) got a loan of Rs. 66.10 crore from Saradha Printing and Publication Pvt Ltd (the publishing arm of the controversial Saradha Group), which was raised from hapless investors and in turn he (Mr. Imran) gave a loan to many, including a journalist,” said Mr Deb, quoting from the balance sheet of the company.
Mr. Imran has also worked as a correspondent of a “pro-JIB newspaper of Bangladesh in West Bengal” and Radio Tehran’s Bengali outlet’s news gatherer, besides running his own newspaper, ‘Kolam’, Mr Deb said.
“Why was it so important (for the TMC) to make such a person an MP is a big question,” said Mr Deb.
